Menstrual Cycle and Menopause

The shedding of women’s uterus lining on monthly basis enduring around 3 to 5 days comprise of blood and tissues that exits the body through cervix and vagina. This repetitive occurrence is termed as the menstrual cycle. This occurs during the reproductive years of women to guarantee the best possible inner condition that exists for treatment, implantation, and improvement of child. The non-occurrence of menstrual periods for more than 1 year is named as menopause. The ordinary range of menopause is 45 to 55 years.
