Biography
Sinisa Franjic live in Osijek, Croatia. Primary and two secondary schools ended in Osijek, and graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Split. Thesis entitled "Legal aspects of information systems" was defended Summa Cum Laude and he become LLM of Law. Since 1992., he works as a journalist - freelance contributor to the first Radio Osijek HRT, and then something shorter, among other media, working for HTV - TV center Osijek, weekly "Školske novine (School Newspaper)“ and the monthly "Super Kino Video (Super Cinema video)". In the academic year 2009./2010., Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Osijek was appointed him of assistant to the title associate position on the course "Computer criminality". With computer criminality, he is studying a medical law. In Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Osijek he was participates in teaching the courses "Computer criminality" and "Legal regulations in electrical engineering and computer science" and in the Faculty of Medicine in Osijek participates in teaching the courses "Social and health legislation" and "Medicine and Health Law". The successful defense of the doctoral dissertation on the topic from criminal law called "The Criminal justice and forensic aspects of computer criminality", received a PhD degree from the Faculty of Law of the International University of Brcko District in Brcko of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Biography
Dr Tracy Roake is the Head of Education and Student Affairs at Danat Al Emarat Hospital, she is also adjunct instructor at the Fatima college of Health sciences teaching the art of Nursing in Abu Dhabi. She has had a wide range of experience in nursing management. Tracy is also the Cochair for the Clinical Practice Guidelines committee and the Deputy Chair for the Resuscitation committee as well as an active member in the Research and Ethics committee at Danat Al Emarat Hospital, Abu Dhabi. Tracy is also the chair for the Advanced Practice and Professional Development Council. She is also a BFHI task force member. Tracy currently is on the task force for pathways to excellence. Dr Tracy is a registered nurse and a certified Advanced Midwife and has been awarded with a DBA, MBA, M.Sc. Healthcare management, and has a Master of Applied Business Research; she is a qualified hypnobirthing instructor and has a diploma in Aromatherapy, Herbalist, Reflexology and Naturopathy. Completing her public health degree in 2021. Tracy has a registered Midwife License with DoH. Tracy was awarded with the nightingale award for the best admin HOD who support Nurses in 2020.

Dr. El Hadji Seydou Mbaye was born in 1978 in Kaolack a region of Senegal. During 2008-2013, he earned his PhD in Biology and Human Pathologies with the collaboration of the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) /WHO, Lyon (France); 2006-2007 : Master of Life and Health, Specialty Biology of microorganisms, Virology in Louis Pasteur University of Strasbourg (France); 2005-2006 : Master of Life and Health, option of Immuno-physiopathology in Louis Pasteur University of Strasbourg (France); 2004-2005 : License of Biochemistry in Louis Pasteur University of Strasbourg (France); 2002-2004 : General Degree in Sciences and Technologies in University of METZ (France). He was certified by the Federation International of Gynecology Obstetrics (FIGO), the Accreditation Council of Oncology in Europe (ACOE, www.acoe.be), the Institute Catalan of Oncology (ICO) for cervical cancer prevention (Grade 10/10) in support of Continuing Medical Education for physicians. These credits are also recognized as Physician’s Recognition Award (AMA PRA Category 1 credits) by the American Medical Association.
